T V K Raman is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is senior partner of the firm. He has diverse experience in the field of capital restructuring, designing internal controls and preparing revival packages for companies.
With rich experience of more than 50 years in profession he has been associated with firm since last 20 years as
partner. He was visiting faculty in the field of Financial Management for a premier business school and had worked with large textile Public Sector Undertaking as Finance head for several years.
